Learn everything you need to know to perform Refinance, RESPA and Home Equity closings. This tax deductible class gets you familiarized with all the documents that are present in the loan package. From the moment you decide to do closings to when you drop off a package, know what to do.
As a bonus you will be taught how to complete all types of deeds including Quit Claim Deeds. Witness closers (Notary signing agents) are paid a minimum of $50 a closing and as much as $150 per closing. Make your schedule - days, evenings or weekends OR all of the above.The class will be taught by a closer who has performed more than 4,000 closings for over 36 companies nationwide. Classes start on Saturday September 9, 2006.The class begins at 9am and ends at 5pm. It will be held at Hampton University’s satellite center at 253 Town Center Dr, Va Bch VA 23462.
